Run reservations, fleet, payments, and reporting from one cloud workspace
RentWorks Plus gives rental teams a cloud workspace for reservations, agreements, fleet status, payments, inspections, customer accounts, maintenance, claims, and reporting.
What is RentWorks Plus?
RentWorks Plus is cloud-based car rental management software from Bluebird Auto Rental Systems. It connects the records and staff actions that move a rental from the first availability check through assignment, agreement, handoff, return, payment, inspection, maintenance, claim work, and reporting.
Teams use a browser-based workspace rather than passing the rental between unrelated calendars, paper files, and spreadsheets. Supported devices, browser requirements, camera use, partner services, and location setup are defined for each implementation.
Keep the reservation connected to the vehicle and agreement
Reservation staff can create, change, or cancel bookings, review current vehicle availability, calculate estimated charges from configured rules, and assign units from a visual planner. Scheduled arrivals, departures, and active rentals stay visible for the working day.

Supported reservation and customer details can carry into agreement preparation. Staff review drivers, selected coverage, configured charges, deposits, and applicable terms before signature. The rental record then provides context for handoff, condition photos, return mileage, charge review, and the signed agreement.
Work from the vehicle record when plans change
Fleet teams can review unit status, availability, ACRISS class, location, supported holds, service history, and utilization context. Maintenance schedules and due or overdue items help staff find vehicles that need attention. Repair Orders can retain supported shop work and cost with the service history.
Configured status controls can remove a unit from bookable inventory while service or repair work is open. Staff still review assignments and exceptions, since the exact status behavior follows the operator's setup.
Keep customer, payment, and claim context with the rental
Customer and company-account records can hold supported contact and license details, rental history, balances, documents, payment history, contracts, authorized employee drivers, and negotiated terms. Configured fields and role access help administrators match the record to the business process.
Rate and payment tools support seasonal and mileage-based rules, selected extras, deposits, promo eligibility, balances, cash activity, refunds, and receipts. Structured inspections and claim records can connect condition evidence, documents, expenses, payment activity, settlements, status, and subrogation work. Staff make decisions about disputes, responsibility, and recovery.

Plan the move around your operation
Implementation scope and timing depend on the records, fleet, locations, configuration, training, and integrations involved. A practical plan covers data cleanup, field mapping, roles, rate setup, workflow testing, reporting checks, training, cutover, and support ownership.
Your proposal should state what moves, what remains in an archive, which partner services are included, and who owns each step. That gives the team a working rollout plan without relying on a universal timeline or a generic promise.

Common questions from operators evaluating this capability.
Is RentWorks Plus cloud based?
Yes. RentWorks Plus is cloud-based car rental management software. Supported browsers, devices, camera workflows, locations, and partner services are set during implementation.
Can a small rental business use RentWorks Plus?
RentWorks Plus can support small and multi-location operations. The right scope depends on fleet, branches, users, workflows, migration, integrations, and add-ons rather than a single fleet-size rule.
Does RentWorks Plus include AI features?
Optional AI-assisted workflows can support selected tasks. Voice intake and photo comparison are separate optional capabilities with defined data, staff review, exception handling, and package scope.
How long does implementation take?
Timing depends on data quality, fleet and location setup, configuration, training, testing, migration, and integrations. The scoped implementation plan sets the work, owners, dependencies, and target sequence for your operation.
Review four working areas of the operation
RentWorks Plus reporting is organized around revenue activity, fleet and vehicle status, reservation conversion and no-shows, and maintenance alerts. Supported reports can be exported to CSV for analysis or authorized sharing.
